Since 1890 this first collaboration between composer Tchaikovsky and choreographer Petipa has retained a place of honor as one of audiences’ most beloved classical ballets replete with some of the most sweepingly romantic music ever written and sublime choreography by one of the all-time masters. Marianela Nuñez and Vadim Muntagirov headline this immaculate Royal Ballet production. Koen Kessels leads the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House. Running time: 2 hours, 18 minutes.
